How does team and user management work on ChatSEO?

Invite members, understand shared access, and see which plans include collaboration.

Which plans allow team members?

Collaboration is included on Pro and Ranker, as well as custom plans. The Free and Starter plans are limited to a single user.

Seats depend on the plan: 3 members on Pro, 5 on Ranker, owner included. Pending invitations count towards that total.

Inviting a member

  1. Click your profile in the bottom left corner, then Settings.
  2. Under Workspace, open Team.
  3. Enter the email address, then click Invite.

Only the workspace owner can invite or remove members.

On Free and Starter, the section stays visible with a prompt to upgrade.

What can members access?

There are no per-site permissions. Every member of an organization can access all of its sites, and see every conversation attached to those sites.

Who pays for the credits used?

Credits used by all members are billed to the account owner's subscription.

Transferring account ownership

Transfers are not self-service. Message us in the chat and we will handle it.

I do not have a live site yet

Not a problem. In the site selector at the top of the sidebar, pick SEO Search: you can explore keywords and analyse external sites without connecting a Search Console.

Getting started after a purchase

  1. Connect your Google Search Console from your sites management.
  2. Invite your team if you are on Pro or Ranker.
  3. Ask your SEO questions in plain language, as you would a consultant.
