How do I join my manager's team on ChatSEO?

Got an email invitation to join a workspace? Here is how it works.

Accepting the invitation

Click the link in the email. You land on a page showing the organization name, with two buttons: Accept and Decline.

If you are not signed in yet, you are sent to the sign-in page first, then back to the invitation.

One tip: if you are signed in with an account other than the invited one, sign out first. An invitation is tied to a specific email address.

After accepting

Nothing else to do. ChatSEO switches you to the workspace you just joined and takes you to the dashboard.

Switching workspace

If you belong to several organizations, you can move between them: click your profile in the bottom left corner, then the entry showing your active organization's name.

That entry only appears when you belong to more than one organization. The same switcher sits at the top of Settings.

The invitation does not seem to have registered

• Sign out, then sign back in.
• Check you are on the right workspace using the switcher above.

If it persists, message us in the chat: we can add you manually.
