Cancel, pause your subscription or request a refund

Want to pause, cancel your subscription or check a payment? Here is how.

Where do I manage my subscription?

1. Click your profile in the bottom left corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Under Workspace, open Subscription.

You will find your current plan, your credits, your invoices and every management option there.

Pausing my subscription

Not ready to stop completely? You can pause your subscription for a few months instead of cancelling it. You keep your plan and your credits, and you resume whenever you want.

This option is offered when you start a cancellation.

Cancelling my subscription

1. Go to Settings, then Workspace → Subscription.
2. Click Cancel subscription.
3. Follow the steps through to the confirmation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. You keep access to your plan and your credits until then, and you are not charged again. As long as the period has not ended, you can resume your subscription at any time by clicking Resume.

Before you cancel: at the end of the period, remaining credits are lost and are not carried over. If you want to keep them, pausing is the better option.

Invoices and payment method

In Subscription, the Invoices card holds the View my invoices button, which opens your secure billing portal. You can download your invoices and update your payment method there.

Requesting a refund

Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment. After that, the subscription is not refundable, but your access stays open until the end of the period you already paid for.

Two situations are exceptions, with no time limit:

• a double charge or an amount billed by mistake;
• a problem on our side that caused you harm.

In those cases, message us in the chat with the date and the amount. We check and make it right.
